This policy applies to purchases made directly through assess.novaed.cn for NovaEd services, including the one-time NovaEd Core profile, NovaEd+, and NovaEd Premium.本政策适用于通过 assess.novaed.cn 直接购买 NovaEd 服务的付款，包括 NovaEd Core 一次性画像、NovaEd+ 与 NovaEd Premium。
Payment Status付款状态
After payment is received, an order may remain in Pending Admin Review until NovaEd verifies payment details, order details, and activation conditions.用户付款后，订单可能先进入“待管理员审核”状态。NovaEd 会在核对付款信息、订单信息及开通条件后再完成最终确认与开通。
7-Day Full Refund Window7天全额退款窗口
A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of payment if the order is still pending admin review, or if paid access has not yet been activated and no report, advisory workspace, or paid results have been materially used or delivered.若用户在付款后 7 个自然日内提出申请，且订单仍处于待审核状态，或付费权限尚未正式开通，且未实际使用报告、顾问工作区或付费结果内容，NovaEd 可提供全额退款。
Non-Refundable or Limited-Refund Cases不予退款或仅部分退款的情形
Refunds will normally not be granted in full once paid access has been activated, reports have been generated or delivered, paid results have been materially viewed or used, advisory sessions have been scheduled or completed, or where fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund abuse is involved.一旦付费权限已开通、报告已生成或交付、付费结果已被实质性查看或使用、顾问解读/咨询已预约或完成，或存在欺诈、拒付滥用、重复退款滥用等情况，NovaEd 通常不再提供全额退款。
Technical Failure or Duplicate Payment技术故障与重复付款
NovaEd may issue a full refund outside the standard refund window if duplicate charges occur, a confirmed system failure prevents delivery, or payment is captured but the purchased service cannot be fulfilled.如发生系统故障、重复扣款、已收款但服务无法履行等情况，NovaEd 可在常规退款窗口外安排全额退款。
Partial Remedies部分履行时的处理
Where service delivery is partial, NovaEd may offer a partial refund, account credit, or a downgrade to a lower service tier with the balance refunded or credited.若服务仅部分履行，NovaEd 可视情况提供部分退款、账户抵扣，或调整为较低服务层级并退回或抵扣差额。
Refund Method and Timing退款路径与时效
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. NovaEd typically processes approved refunds within 5-10 business days, but final settlement timing depends on Alipay, banks, card issuers, and other payment intermediaries.获批退款将尽量原路退回。NovaEd 内部处理通常为 5-10 个工作日，实际到账时间还取决于支付宝、银行、卡组织或其他支付机构。
Alipay and Bank Transfer Handling支付宝与银行转账
Alipay refunds are handled through the applicable Alipay merchant refund flow. Bank-transfer refunds may require supporting payout details. Unless required by law, third-party banking fees, FX charges, or intermediary charges are not refundable.支付宝退款按适用的支付宝商户退款流程执行；银行转账退款可能需要用户提供必要的收款信息。除法律另有规定外，第三方银行手续费、汇兑费用或中间行费用不予退还。
Fapiao / Official Invoice Handling发票 / Fapiao
If an official invoice or fapiao has been issued, the user must cooperate with any required cancellation, reversal, or reissuance steps before a refund can be completed.如已开具官方发票或 Fapiao，用户需配合完成作废、红冲、重开等必要流程后，NovaEd 方可办理退款。
Disputes and Consumer Rights争议与法定权利
Users should contact NovaEd first for payment disputes. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law in China or in the user's place of residence.如发生付款争议，请先联系 NovaEd 官方支持渠道处理。任何条款均不限制中国法律或用户所在地适用法律所赋予的强制性消费者权利。
Please Include with Refund Requests申请退款时请提供
Invoice number, payment reference, payer name, and reason for the request.账单编号、付款参考号、付款人姓名及退款原因。
