How to pay如何付款
Sign in to My NovaEd, choose a plan and pay in the Payment Portal. The available payment options are shown at checkout. After you pay, your order may show as Pending Admin Review until NovaEd has confirmed your payment and order details.登录 My NovaEd，选择方案，在“付款中心”完成付款。可用的付款方式会在结算时显示。付款后，订单在 NovaEd 核对付款与订单信息之前可能显示为“待管理员审核”。

NovaEd for school teams (the Schools platform). School pricing is by written quotation.面向学校团队的 NovaEd（学校平台）。学校价格以书面报价为准。

Each school receives a written quotation for the modules it chooses. To request one, email hello@novaed.cn or request a demo.学校将根据所选模块获得报价。如需报价，请发送邮件至 hello@novaed.cn，或申请演示。
How schools pay学校如何付款
- Card, through PayFast.银行卡，通过 PayFast。
- Alipay.支付宝。
- Bank transfer. The bank details and your unique payment reference are shown at checkout. Your purchase is activated once your payment has been confirmed as received.银行转账。银行账户信息和您的专属付款参考号会在结算时显示。付款确认到账后，您的购买将被开通。
A receipt is issued for every payment. Schools in China receive a fapiao (发票) and schools outside China receive a VAT invoice. To request one, contact Payment Support and quote your receipt number.每笔付款均会出具收据。中国境内的学校可获得发票（fapiao），中国境外的学校可获得增值税发票（VAT invoice）。如需开具，请联系“付款支持”并提供收据编号。

Families家庭
A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of payment if the order is still pending review, or if paid access has not been activated and no report or paid results have been used. Once access has been activated or reports have been delivered, refunds are normally limited. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.付款后 7 个自然日内，如订单仍在审核中，或付费权限尚未开通且未使用任何报告或付费结果，可申请全额退款。权限开通或报告交付后，退款通常受限。获批退款将退回原支付方式，通常在 5 至 10 个工作日内处理。
Schools学校
Unused assessment token packs, and any purchase that has not yet been activated, can be refunded on request. Anything that has already been used or activated cannot be refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Any bank charges are paid by the party requesting the refund.未使用的测评点数包，以及尚未开通的购买，可申请退款；已使用或已开通的内容不可退款。退款将退回至原支付方式。银行费用由申请退款的一方承担。
