Marketing and Social Media Content Manager

1. Position Overview

  • Summarize the purpose of the role: responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Emphasize the focus on strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive growth and brand consistency.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

  • Manage daily content creation, posting, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, digital ads, and influencer collaborations.

  • Create high-quality visual and written content (posts, videos, newsletters, and blogs).

  • Monitor, track, and report on analytics to measure performance and ROI.

  • Optimize campaigns using data insights to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Coordinate with design, PR, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Manage social media calendars and stay current on marketing trends and emerging platforms.

3. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and paid digital advertising.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

4. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing campaigns in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Knowledge of web analytics, PPC, and CRM systems.
